I have been using Plex for years and it has been great. Just lately I have gotten many movies (and even some TV shows) that won’t populate the metadata when updating the library. I recently added 6 movies, and 2 were good, the others not so much. My naming structure is correct. I can upload log files if that would help.
I am using server (v. 1.9.6.4385) on Windows 10, and my movie files are on two different NAS - a Synology and a Qnap. Nothing changed recently except for the addition of more movies. My movie library only has 1,171 files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
