No Metadata in V1.20.0.31.81

Hello,
After install the new BETA meta Data aren’t updated. I have already done:

  • reinstall PLEX
  • clear Plug-in Support/Cache

Executing

needs 30 - 35 sec. Plex seems to have here a timeout of 20 sec.

Any ideas what is going wrong?

Hello trumpy81,

thank you very much for your reply. I followed your guidance, but unfortunately the result is the same.

Additionally, I’ve created a new Folder and add it to Plex. There was only one Movie in it (Titanic).
But Plex don’t find any Metadata. The Filename is “Titanc (1997).mkv”

There is same behavior with TV show. No Metadata are updated. Do you have another tip?
