Metadata not working at all

My metadata is not working at all. it cant find any of my tv shows or movies. here is my log any suggestions

I checked the name what do I do next??? I’m not computer savy. please break it down to me.

  1. Verify networking & DNS
  2. Possibly clean up Agent caches after DNS/network issues resolved

Have you ever started Plex Server with the right-click option “Run as Administrator”?
You should never do that.

I see you tried to match “we bare bears”
For some reason, this tv shows is not listed at TheTVDB. So you can only match it with TheMovieDatabase agent.
