Can someone help me I am a very novice user to plex,
I have just reshuffled my files around, deleted all of my data and I’m rebuilding it,
plex won’t download for my tv shows, I have no idea why?

No, they are not:
N:\Tv Shows\Baywatch\Series 10\Baywatch.S10E18.Big.Island.Heat.DVDRip.XviD.avi
Series contra Season e.g. and two digits are always better (Season 01, 02, 03 etc.), also for sorting.
And you use dots instead of dashes. Correct naming would be:
N:\Tv Shows\Baywatch\Season 10\Baywatch - S10E18 - Big Island Heat DVDRip XviD.avi
If you don’t like spaces, try underscores.

ok ive found a free version i will try renaming the files and see if it will then work
I had a problem with the free version, I then did a search and found media center master can do the same thing which I already had installed so I used that to rename the files, then I did a new scan so far the files seem to be scanning but still no metadata?

yes i have now tried several times and it still not working
ok so I tried that and it didn’t really do anything, so I deleted the entire TV Shows library, optimised the library, then created a new library so far no metadata is downloading.
Metadata seems to now be downloading slowly thank you for your help
