When I add a movie to the library the metadata is not fetched. Actually it translates the name of the movie and find the year. But no poster, description, cast, etc.
I’ve tried many things: double checked my naming conventions, cleaned the %localappdata%\Plex… folder, removed PMS and made a clean install of Plex, tried differents agents, disabled AV, and so on.
I can see this error on my imdb log file:
2017-07-13 23:05:06,846 (1ef8) : ERROR (model:205) - Cannot read model from C:\Users\Charpinel\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Metadata\Movies\d\3b1aff19515da4e328f92bde8360fb609b8c56e.bundle\Contents\com.plexapp.agents.imdb
Any ideas? I’m using the latest version.
