i run my server off my mac mini and my media is on a mycloudex2ultra. i was running the server off an old imac which died and moved the server onto the mac mini. since then when ever i use a vpn the whole of my library metadat is refreshed and as its quite large it takes a while and i struggle to watch anything as it doing this process. ive turned off any scans when new media detected.
