Anyone else seeing an issue with 1.43.0 where (both on web and on windows app) metadata refreshes of adding - example new artwork/posters - stops refreshing in the grid after awhile. This tends to occur when adding a large number of items. Works for awhile then the grid just stops updating. Going into the show/movie has the updated poster, but grid shows outdated metadata. Even after refresh. Only fix is to totally exit and restart the client.
I’ve tried:
- Restarts of Desktop Client, Browser, and Server (solves for affected items but behavior continues)
- Clearing Transcoder Cache
- Clearing Bundles
- Optimizing Database
- Relogging to refresh Security Token
Since its doing this in web and desktop, I’m assuming its a grid refresh issue with 1.43.0?
