Metadata "stuck" on a tv series

I’m trying to get the episode metadata for a new TV series I’m adding to my library This is my TV Series library using Plex TV Series scanner/agent. I had naming wrong when I first scanned the library, and got bad episode names like " Orphan.Black.S02E01.1080p.BluRay.x265-RARBG"

So I fixed that, I have a top folder “Orphan Black”, a “Season 2” folder below, and now episodes like:

But now, still, I have the names from before:

I’ve done the Plex Dance many times, unmatched and fix matched, emptied trash, cleaned bundles, restarted the server, but for my life I can’t see new metadata, it seems to have this stuck in a cache or something.

Have I missed something? I’ve never seen this get this stuck. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Is Plex configured to look for local metadata in MP4 files?

1. Edit the library
2. Advanced
3. Deselect Prefer local metadata
4. Save Changes
5. Refresh metadata

Edit: You can look at the Windows Properties for a file and see the embedded Title.
