Metadata Troubles - Read Stickies/Did Plex Dance

Hello guys, I don’t know what information you’d like for me to include in this, because I’m newer to Plex, but I’m having a problem with the first version of Naruto.

The metadata/thumbnails aren’t correct in Season 2 and look like they’re showing information from Season 1. There are also a few smaller issues with random descriptions not showing, et cetera, but the main issue is the thumbnails and episode names that aren’t showing up.

I’ve made sure that the file and directory names/formatting is all as Plex recommends TV Shows/Naruto/Season #/Naruto - S##E##

Anytime I’ve made changes, I:

-Delete the whole show from Library
-Clean Bundles
-Empty Trash
-Scan Library
-Make changes to files
-Move the files back
-Scan Library

The problem still remains. Please let me know what information you need to help me with this issue and I’ll be more than happy to provide it! Thank you in advance!

Keep in mind that Plex uses the episode numbers from TheTVDB, which is differing radically from the absolute numbers used by other sources:

I think… that you just explained the issue. Thank you so much.

The metadata for Season 1 ends at episode 35, but I have the traditional list of episodes, so Season 1 ends on episode 57. Since the list that Plex uses ends at 35, it would make sense that the metadata would end there as well.

What’s more, the metadata for Season 2, is showing the wrong information, because it picks up where the other metadata left off, at episode 36.

No, season 02 starts with episode 01.

I was referring to where it starts in the list of total episodes, not how they relate to their seasons. I apologize.
