Metadata won't load for show with lots of episodes

Server Version#: 1.12.1.1253

For the show Pokemon if I add the entire show to the library it doesn’t grab any metadata, even if I wait a couple days. If I add 10 or 20 episodes at a time it will grab the metadata but I notice it is slower than other shows. Unfortunately I must have hit a limit or something because now I get these two messages in the console:

Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 28
Error refreshing metadata for com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb://76703?lang=en

I’ve tried removing the episodes and performing the plex dance and no luck. I’ve also cleared the tvdb cache.

My files are named correctly (I hope), one example is: Animated TV\Pokémon\Season 07\Pokémon - S07E01 - What You Seed is What You Get [480p].avi

Any thoughts?

I’m also seeing these messages:

Matching ‘Episode 12’ (ID 122567) with agent
Match metadata: No item found for ID 122567, perhaps was merged with another item.
