Metadata isn't loading due to Unable to load episode

I’m having some problems with seeking and applying metadata for TV shows. This problem started in the past few days. It only impacts TV shows (movies are fine).

When I manually select the show and choose “Refresh Metadata” PMS throws the following error.

Should I delete and recreate the library? I’m not sure where the XML file is supposed to reside.
