I would like to migrate my viewed seen/unseen , is there an easy way to do that ?
I just installed a fresh install of plexserver on my Synology NAS 420+
Before files were on 415+ (different IP) and plexserver was on Windows on a NUC.
I wonder also if it is possible to migrate the time of played when you started a movie and stopped in the middle for example.

The watched/unwatched, view progress, and ratings are stored in an install-independent fashion that makes them easy to move between installations…
Could I just migrate that or do I have to migrate all the plex Media server folder ?
- Copy all of your media to the New machine and try to keep the folder organisation the same as it is on the Old machine.
On my old machine files were located in a different NAS (different IP) , I had an idea, should I open my old Plex server, make changes to point to the news NAS and then migrate the data ?
Not sure the best way to do that tough…
For now when scanning I have some posters that are loaded others not… not sure also where to get these posters from my old installation
