Migration to New Server

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058

I followed the direction here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/

I copy and paste everything and launch and it doesn’t show my libraries, it just try to add all new catalog.

Everything was pointed to “c:\plex\plex media server” instead of local app data.

It just keeps finding it as a new server?
