This is a call out to the community for help. I’ve been using plex servers for a couple of years, I am not computer trained, but I’m self taught and able to follow direction. I recently had to upgrade the laptop that runs my server to windows 10. I haven’t been able to access my servers from any platform other than the original laptop since.
Go to the “Network and Internet settings” in the control panel
inspect your network connection
Make sure it is classified as ‘private’ and not ‘public’.
