Can't connect to PMS after Win 7 Upgrade to Win 10

I upgraded my windows 7 computer to windows 10 and now my devices on the same LAN can’t connect. I CAN connect locally from the same computer the server is running on to watch a movie, but not from any other device.

I tried turning off windows firewall, didn’t help. I"m not sure where else to look for an issue. The server service is running.

Check the network interface. Make sure it is Private, not Public.
Settings → Network & Internet. Properties if you need to change the setting.

Thanks. It is and was set to private.

Also, the Roku which formerly connected is on the same LAN. The VPN on my server machine is turned off. The server machine has LAN access to other local devices, such as the printer, and internet access. The Roku can likewise see local devices and has internet access.

Can you login from another device using the IP address of the Plex server?

With using a browser on PC/phone/tablet on the same network, go to http://192.168.50.202:32400/web.

Yes. From my iPad I was able to log in and could even view a movie.

… and now that I did… my Roku is also connecting again. Hmmm… ok well thank you. Not sure what happened but again, thanks
