Windows Updated, now Plex thinks my server is an external connection

My desktop that runs the server had a forced update overnight to 19041.1052 which appears to be an August 2020 release. Upon launching Plex, I noticed windows had dumped my settings including default bowser (LOL) and after I sign into Plex it prompts me to name my server. Somewhere in that process it lost the former server I had been running and now it appears in my sources list as if it’s an external server that is offline. Please help!

Check the properties of the network connection.
It must be classified as “Private”, not “Public”.
