with the latest update on my LG TV I’m hardly missing the feature to browse by folders.
Will it be back soon? Please!

Select your library on the left sidebar and either press OK or simply go right
Now at the top, switch to ‘Library’ (default is ‘Recommendations’)
Now go one down to ‘Movies’ and Press OK/Enter
switch to ‘Folder’
Introduction to UNO 10-foot UI:
After selecting a library only one video is shown and the option bar “All, Tv-Shows, By title” is missing. I can’t select it. I can only start the one video shown.
Does it say ‘Recommended’ at the top?
If so, switch that to ‘Library’ first.
I switched to library (Sammlungen in German).
Sammlungen is not ‘Library’.
Sammlungen is ‘Collections’.
Mediathek is ‘Library’ in the German translation

Ok, then “Mediathek” is missing that option for me.
What kind of library is this?

Personal video then, as I assumed.
It is weird. I should rather look like this, but the whole part on the left side is missing from your screen shot:
Or does it appear if you go ‘down’ with your remote control?
When I select the first video it looks like this (except the two icons on the upper right) but where is the option to browse by folder?
Very good.
Now go left and then right, until you are over the “6 rectangles” icon, right of the ‘shuffle’ icon, and press OK/Enter
Then select ‘Grid view’
You should now see bigger posters and ALL MOVIES BY TITLE at the top
go to MOVIES and press OK/Enter
OMG, found it.
But this is not very user friendly.
I would expect to be able to select it without picking a video first because this is a general setting not related to a video.

Library also means “Sammlung”.
