Missing cast pictures replaced with 'N' instead of normal initials

When I’m viewing a pre-play screen and a cast photo is not available, I’m getting a tan circle with a big N in it in place of the photo. It should be the dark circle with the initials of the specific actor. See here with the movie Jerry Maguire:

This relates to the issue with actor images on Fire Stick that was recently fixed. In app version 8.25.1 and before we got actor images and the correct dark circles for missing ones. Then in 8.26-8.29 we got no actor images, and everyone was the name initial circles (like in my In the Heat of the Night picture there), and then in 8.30 the images came back but now the missing image circles are doing this.

Seeing the same behavior on my Shield client. Not sure when it started.

I can confirm too, didn’t noticed this earlier as most title I have contained pictures for actors until I check for some other titles.

Also, would like to note this is the pre-play page for “Train to Busan” from Plex’s own ad-supported content. So it’s not an issue effecting only my own personal media.

Client is now a Fire Stick 4K MAX, but I don’t think my plain 4K Stick would be any different.

No change. (Except Mark Pellington got himself a picture now).

The issue (with the ‘N’ pictures) is still here…
