Missing channel due to postal code

I live in Ste-Julie Québec. I bought a top notch digital antenna. I get about 29 channels which is as far as 106 miles. When I put my postal code, many channel don’t get EPG. Is there a way to change the radius of the postal code EPG. By the way I tried many postal code in my region but to get missing channels, I lose others. Any clue?

Regards!

First you should report the issue with your postal code. There is a form for that.

In the meantime, try this one: J0J 1L0

You will get all Montreal / Burlington /Plattsburgh channels epg. If you get some channels from Sherbrooke, I don’t know if this postal code will get them though.

Already use this postal code, but missing 18.1 18.2 18.3 18.4 45.1 …

Where can 8 find the form?

At the bottom of the post, there is a link for a Google doc.

You get channels from Trois-Rivières, Montréal, Sherbrooke, Burlington, Plattsburgh and Norwood?

And they are all reliable?

If so it’s pretty amazing. I don’t think you will find a postal code that covers all this at once. There is no other way than report and wait for a fix from Gracenote.

But by using the postal code that I provided, you should be pretty well covered, since 18 and 45 are duplicate stations.
