Missing characters in Czech UTF-8 subtitles

Server Version#: 1.13.9.5439
Player Version#: 3.67.1

I just setup Plex server on my new Synology DS918+ all is fine but subtitles are displayed with missing special characters for Czech language (ěščřžýáíé).

  1. all settings are right for czech
  2. locales includes cs_CZ.utf8
  3. in other players are subtitles ok only in plex webclient not
  4. subtitles are downloaded as a part of metadata download from http://opensubtitles.org

Thank you meanwhile for any ideas.

SRT2UTF8 installed via Webtools, activated in agents and it works! Thank you.
