Is your server signed into your Plex account (Settings > [Server Name] > General)?

Then try a full reload of the web page to rule out any stale information in the web session. If that doesn’t show the missing metrics, try to reboot the server.

I’d try a force-reload of the web app. Or maybe clear the web browser cache and delete the cookies from plex.tv (requires signing in again) Authentication servers might still be slow, so the web app might simply not get the information that you already have the Plex Pass. I’d say wait a few hours…

Restarted my server a few times and it seems to be working now!

OK, it must have been a delayed Plex authentication push as it is now coming through (after another refresh). Thanks!
