Give it another try carefully following the steps in The Plex Dance.
Although I haven’t used Radarr, if it just moves the video into place and that’s all, then your PMS would still need to do a Scan Library Files. It’s my understanding that automatic scanning is problematic, especially if you have Empty Trash after Scan checked. I turn off automatic scanning, and I turn off trash empty. I always do a manual scan.
I realize that’s not really optimal, and you’re trying to use Radarr to automate things.
