Missing media for a managed account

I just noticed that when I log in using a managed account, I do not see all media. The account is set with all access and no restrictions, yet, for some reason, in one library 8 items are missing (I can see 12 out of 20), and similarly, in other libraries. Any way to fix it? I am using a managed account for myself, so I do not need to use the PIN code for watching and it works fine on other devices (Web Player, Android). Just my Roku TV has this problem.

Define “item”. What have the missing items in common?

Are the managed accounts truly without an “age profile”?

By “item” I meant a TV show (not just an episode or a season) or a movie. No, there are no age restrictions (if there were It would have applied to players across all devices but I only have this on Roku).
