I have a Plex Pass on my initial (primary) account indicated by the crown icon next to it. I set up a secondary managed account for use with all my media but it does not have a Plex pass. I have noticed since using this account that the primary account does not have the “Manage” section in the sidebar menu which allows me to control my servers and other features. Why is my primary account missing such an important menu? EVen when I deleted the secondary account, the menu is still not available under my main server, which is what I want to access Live TV and other features. Please tell me how to fix this immediately. Thank you!
Is the new account being added to your Plex Home?
Also, try signing out and back into the app you’re trying to use to manage.

The secondary accounts are not allowed to make changes on your server by definition.
They are intended for family members (children in particular).
Use the ‘Switch User’ command to change back to your primary Home Admin account
Thanks guys but I have done that. I signed out of both accounts and even deleted the secondary account. The main account I first used to sign up with Plex and has the Plex Pass on it is the one I used to setup the secondary account, which is why I don’t understand why the secondary account has the access feature but the primary does not. Although, I am using the Plex web access instead of the installed Plex Media Server on my desktop PC because for some reason my desktop PC will not allow the installation/running of the Plex Media Server. Strangely, it owrks on my laptop so I will have to install the Media Server on my laptop and try that way. Also, I have to state that the server I am trying to use is attached to my Nvidia Shield TV android console. I am trying to access the account on my PC like have always done to make major changes as the android tv Plex app doesn’t seem to have the full featured menu like the PC app.
