Hey guys,
Got a new laptop legion 7i, downloaded Plex and opened, my server is missing and I can’t work out how to make a new one…
Any help would be great 
still in need of help, surely this has happened to someone else??
What do you mean by “my server is missing”?
In order to install a new server on the laptop, make sure to finish the setup by accessing it through the bundled version of Plex Web from the same machine (opening http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in a browser) – this should bring up a dialog that’ll help finish the setup, e.g. naming the server and linking it to your Plex account.

that link doesn’t work, missing as when i go to look at the tab for shows/movies it just says your media, and asks my to install the server
Is there an instance of Plex Media Server running on that Windows machine?
If so, you should see the the Plex icon in your system tray.
I take it you’re trying to open the link from that same Windows machine (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or http://localhost:32400/web)?
