@BigWheel did you got already a response please? I was checking right now and only VOXup is available but not the main channel VOX

Thanks

I only got confirmation they are looking into it. I don’t now how long it might take.

lets see there are other channels missing in Swisscom Blue (other threats), so maybe they bundle all together to get the feed corrected. I assume it will be automatically shown when configure the DVR in Plex server under active senders, so that we can correct the tuner channel vs the EPG channels. As for now VOXUp is still there, so lets see and wait - THANKS again!

@BigWheel

VOX HD is now here, however I had to map 70% of my Tuner channels to the Swisscom Blue TV (Deutschschweiz) new as they were no longer mapped, by doing this, I found multiple channels no longer available in the EPG, so unforunately worser than before :frowning:

I checked at least twice and these are missing:

Super RTL
KiKa HD
arte HD
n-tv
HSE Extra
CNN Int. HD

They have not gotten back to saying they have completed it so they may be working on things still but I reported those as well

CNN is back - channel 315 in the EPG

ARTE HD is back - channel 26 in the EPG

I try searching the others, but not yet found, I check again - thanks for your effort!

@BigWheel do you know by when the might be able to get back the other missing channels please?

Super RTL
KiKa HD
n-tv
HSE Extra

Thanks

I do not.

@BigWheel may I ask you to check with the service provider if they can look into the still missing channels this week please? thanks!

These are still missing:

Super RTL
KiKa HD
n-tv
HSE Extra

I have a message that says these were added. Can you please refresh metadata if you have not today

The lineup was successfully updated on Thursday:

Super RTL - 55156
KiKa HD - 83615
arte HD - DE 87847
n-tv - 114879
CNN Int. HD - 91065

For HSE Extra - we only see HSE (91980, 199) but not HSE Extra in the guide. blue TV

Thank you, how can I refresh the meta data?

I’ve just updated EPG but Super RTL, Kika HD and N-TV are still not there, I was checking the order on the privded TV guide like to blue TV to check and could also not find them in that order.

Sorry I meant Refresh Guide.

As far as I know that link blue TV is Blue TVs own guide so if it is not there then you may be picking up station from someplace else.

In the channel matching configuration I‘m using the EPG location provided by PLEX which is Swisscom Blue TV (Deutschschweiz) (544 channels). On the TV blue I see the missing channels.

I check again tomorrow and reboot my PLEX server and do a „Refresh Guide“ again.

Thanks for your efforts!

@BigWheel I was checking 2 times again also after Guide refresh and Plex server reboot. Plus these channels have been available approx. 2-3 weeks ago within the EPG location “Swisscom Blue TV (Deutschschweiz) (544 channels)“. So there is definitely something wrong/missing. Kindly ask the provider to check again and report the channel number once available - THANKS!

Still missing are:
Super RTL - 55156
KiKa HD - 83615
n-tv - 114879

I’m looking at the raw EPG channel list for postal 4600 for lineup Swisscom Blue TV (Deutschschweiz) and I see those three in it.

Did i have your information incorrect?

can you check the channel mapping possibly they just did not get mapped

Thanks a lot, well I removed my Vbox Gateway and installed now a Fritzbox 6660 Cable (4 tuners). As for now a re-scan of channels is running. I already did try the mapping and e.g. KIKA is back again, however somehow the rescan of the channels is not providing all channels which the Fritzbox has available/found… so I do right now again a re-scan and then perform again a channel mapping, will update here what is missing (but I think its more now with Plex server & Fritzbox 6660 and not with the lineup of Swisscom Blue TV (Deutschschweiz).

Ok running now a xteve proxy on my Synology Nas container and combined the HD snd SD m3u file. By that I added the xteve as tuner to Plex server and all missing channels in the mapping configuration part are there.

@BigWheel you can close this post. I hope Plex will once support AVM/Fritzbox. Too bad I had to go this workaround to get the channels of the Fritzbox properly in. I assume when I would have deleted the DVR of the Vbox Gateway the missing channels would have been also back in the channel mapping procedure. But Fritzbox is cooler especially when you have this as common router/repeater setup already at home

Thsnks again for your help!!
