Tried Mixes for You on both the Android and Windows and when I select a mix and click on download nothing happens. Version 4.8.2

Settings → Device → Debugging → Share Logs → Save To Files Upload .Zip file using the Upload icon on the post toolbar. [IMG_1195]

Looking at the logs, it seems like 42 tracks downloaded. What does your downloads tab show?

Nothing other than what was already there. When I select download I don’t even get the popup slider to select how many hours.

That might be because it’s under a certain amount. If that’s the case it just downloads it all. Is it possible you have one Mix for You downloaded and you’re trying to download a second?

It’s not downloading. I never had an issue with this before. Doesn’t matter what suggested artist shows I have tried several different ones and they don’t download.

Kill the app. Restart the app. Select download on a Mix for You. Wait for a minute or so. Upload the Plexamp logs .

Kill the app.
Restart the app.
Select download on a Mix for You.
Wait for a minute or so.
Upload the Plexamp logs.
