PMS Transcoding What Should Be A Direct Play File

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: 4.22.3
Plex Media Server Logs (638.3 KB)
Cleaner logs after system restart/error replication (1.3 MB)
Recently set up a NAS on my Raspberry Pi3B running OMV5 and Plex through Docker. Not sure how much information I need to provide so I’ll be as detailed as possible. I uploaded the first season of Friends ( .mkv encoded in 720p H.264 and HE-AAC Stereo) as a test. I used FileBot to rename my files and everything appears to be recognized. On my Roku Smart TV I can access my files and play them perfectly. However, when trying to play on my Laptop or PC (both running Windows 10) on Chrome or Firefox I am hit with a Playback Error saying Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error. I posted the Server Logs, what could be the issue here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Just tested it on an Apple TV and it is not supported on there either.

Currently trying to navigate the debug console to hopefully make it a little easier for people to help. Attached is a screenshot where it appears that the MDE(not sure what this means yet) thinks that my .mkv file is an mp4, and that may be the reason why it thinks it needs to transcode the video and audio files it should already be able to direct play.

It seems to me that this is the reason why the crashing is happening, because it’s killing my Pi trying to transcode the file. A reddit post suggested I use MediaInfo to analyze my file, and it is encoded in H.264 profile 3.1 with 5 reference frames and AAC audio, so I am nearly positive it should be supported on at least Google Chrome, right?

Found the issue, just had to delete the noexec file.
