MLO Wi-Fi compatability issues?

Server Version#: v.1.42.2.10156-f737b826c
Player Version#: 4.157.0

Hello,
I recently got a GL.iNet GL-BE9300 (Flint 3) Tri-Band WiFi 7 Router and enabled MLO Wi-Fi.
I have a Plex media server mini computer running Ubuntu 24 connected via 5GHz wifi. A desktop running windows 11 connected via MLO wifi to the same network. Both computer IPs start with 192.168.8.xx.

While the desktop is on the MLO wifi i can see the list of media libraries but get the “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “plex-server” securely” error.

Once I switch to the 5Ghz wifi I can access my media library fine. Has anyone else ran into this issue? I spent a day trying to figure out why I couldn’t connect to my libraries until I changed to the 5GHz network.

The desktop has an Intel Wi-fi 6E Ax210 card.

I remember some routers used to create different subnets for their 2.4 and 5.0 GHz bands (segregating them, while assigning them on the same IP band).
