Plex Web doesn't work over wifi

Hello,

So recently I moved into a new house and with that I got a new ISP router, and since then I can’t use Plex on my laptop over Wifi.
It works perfectly on my phone and on my laptop when it’s connected directly to the modem through cable.
Does anybody know what may be the problem?

do you have a separate wifi access point / router or is the wifi created by the ISP router?
this sounds a bit like a problem when you have 2 separate networks at home where the 2nd (wifi) cannot access the rest of your network (ISP, wired).

could you briefly elaborate how your home network is set up?

Yes, the wifi is created by the ISP router. The router has 2 wifi networks (2.4 GHz and 5.0G Hz).
The server and the laptop are connected to the 2.4 GHz network.

can you double-check the laptop is using that very same wifi (and not e.g. an alternative access point or a guest network)?

if it’s working for the iPhone while in your wifi, it should also work for your notebook.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!
I had set a different DNS on the server PC. Now I changed it back to automatic and got everything working fine.
