Hey, I love the plex app and I wouldn’t want to use anything else for watching at home. But I just bought a plex pass just to watch content on my ipad while on the go.
I just don’t get remote access to work under ipv6 with my router although it is the newest model and the sync process doesn’t work for me at all.
First of all it is a little confusing not really seeing any progress bars except the one on the ipad which moves 1% every 20 minutes. I then have 5 episodes showing on my ipad but when clicking on them on the go none of them work bevause the content isn’t found.
Not having the ability to sync via lightning cable just isn’t good enough for me so I#m going to unsubscribe again. I wish there was a better solution in the future.

Unfortunately , IPV6 doesn’t work because the cloud which Plex is hosted in/on doesn’t support it. They’re in the process but there’s no information when it will be world-wide.
For now, if you turn off IPV6, falling back to IPV4, everything will be fine.
