I intially posted about this in the public forum, but thought I’d add a question here with hopes of getting an answer.
I had a bunch more random episodes fail sync with the same transcoder error. Oddly, I killed the sync job for that season, and trying syncing just the individual items that failed, and it succeeded for some of them… Still can’t find anything in the logs that may tell me why the failure is happening.
Can someone please take a look at the logs and help me shed some light?
