I’m trying to sync season 16 of Family Guy to my phone, but the transcode keeps failing for all but one of the episodes.
I’ve tried multipler times, with different settings, but always get errors on the same episodes. Currently I have hardware transcoding enabled (QuickSync i3), but have tried turning that off and get the same results. Plex web app sync status section tells me “The transcoder was unable to process this media”. The Android app (Samsung S8+) tells me “Unable to Sync [episode name]. The transcoder encountered an error.”
So far I’ve not had any issuing syncing/transcoding any of my other media to my phone (even other seasons of Family Guy). I’ve looked at the logs, but can’t see anything that would indicate why the transcoder is crapping out on these files, just generic failure messages:

Can someone help me troubleshoot further? Anything else I should try, or somewhere I can look that might point me to the root cause?
