'More Ways to Watch' No Longer Shows Content on Server

Used to be able to click on a movie or TV show, then could click on an actor, and see from their Filmography other content that they are in that is in your collection.

Now that is no longer possible. The only other sources that show up is from Plex itself.

If you go through the Discover section and click on an item you have, the ‘More Ways to Watch’ no longer includes your server.

After first noticing this, I also made a brand new ‘Test’ library with a single film in it. Left it using all default settings, but the original & expected behavior no longer occurs.

Also just going to add that the DB Repair Tool found no issues.

Same issue !
But with the app I can see my server in More “Ways to Watch”.
Please can you fix ?

Does the situation change after you refresh the “web page” in your browser?

Nope.

Tried the following:

  • Different browsers
  • Using from a completely blank browser
  • Tried across different days

Did notice that every once in a while, an actor will have everything look correct, but that is rare, and even then, when one does work, immediately clicking on another actor does not have the correct functionality.

Using a Plex app has everything looking as it should.

It works for me after a refresh, but we need to refresh on every page ?

This was merely to find out if it’s the same issue which is currently already under investigation. Which it is, in your case.
