Most libraries disappeared

Server Version#: Docker
Player Version#: 4.83.2
Plex Media Server Logs_2022-06-14_20-48-48.zip (7.3 MB)

Yesterday, my TV Shows “Recommended” disappeared out of nowhere, which also made it no longer appear on my Home ribbon on all platforms (browser, Smart TV, Android).

Then today, after the update, all libraries except music have disappeared. I always get “Something Went Wrong. An unexpected error occurred.”

Thanks,

Looks like you have database corruption.

Jun 14, 2022 20:30:28.792 [0x148e46d98b38] ERROR - SQLITE3:0x80000001, 11, database corruption at line 81887 of [1b256d97b5]

I would restore a database backup

Also turn off verbose logging. it is mostly useless except for fringe cases and just adds more hay to the haystack

I need to find this using Unraid. I would really appreciate some assistance. I can’t figure this out :frowning:

I’ve found the location but I can’t figure out how to give myself permission to the appdata file in windows to be able to copy them and delete/rename the appropriate files.

Sorry I am not very knowledgable on Unraid. I’ll see if I can find someone that can help

Thanks, please let me know!

The Appdata directory is owned by root on Unraid. You would need to enable the SMB share and set write access for your user.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Users and create a user to grant read/write access for (skip this step if you have one already)
  2. Navigate to Shares -> appdata
  3. Under SMB Security Settings
    set Export = yes
    set Security = private
  4. Under SMB User Access
    set your “user” to Read/Write
  5. On your Windows computer, connect to your server and when you click on appdata share it should prompt you for a user/password. Use the user you setup. This should now give you the ability to change the files in appdata.
