Playback Error after recent update

After updating to the most recent version of Plex I get this error:
Capture 1|690x370

I have attempted the plex dance, cleared caches, optimized the server, removed an entire library and re added it. It was working fine before I took it down for the update and now I cannot determine what is causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I managed to fix this by rolling back to:

Server Version#: 1.18.5.2309
Player Version#: 4.12.3

One issue I had with this was that I couldn’t access the Plex server settings. I got around this by running the program as Admin but that is going to get old real quick if I have to do this every time the computer restarts.
