I’ve looked at several threads both here and in the FreeNAS forums and seen many complex ways of mounting files on Plex in jail - and can’t make much sense of any of them.
Most seem to dive deep into Unix rather than using ACL in FreeNAS which seems to overcomplicate the issue (to me at least!).
Is it possible to do this simply?
What seems to be required is to give permission to user plex in the jail to access files - in this case to the Audio dataset in Pool2.
