Move media to another library while maintaining the stats and status

Have the ability within Plex/Web to Move the video to another library.

This could show up in the '...' menu between Download and Delete: "Move to..." which then gives the option to move to a certain library, and a certain folder within that library if there are multiples.

Underneath the hood, Plex suspends library updates, copies the entire folder as-is (or the video file, if it's not in a folder), updates the database with the new location, deletes the old file, then enables scanning again (probably with a scan of both affected libraries)

Common errors to be caught: Don't have permission on the folder to move to (fail with an error), not enough space to start the transfer (fail with an error), not enough space to complete it (fail with an error, and delete the partial folder), file encoding problem (fail with an error, and tell this person to do it themselves) don't have permission to delete the original folder (Succeed with an error).

Back story:

Because we have separate libraries for each age range (a now common approach to parental control), as well as separate libraries for "transient" media (watch it once, delete it), it's common that things get shuffled.

When things get shuffled the deck and recently added become essentially useless. It also negates the trust in the 'watched' statuses.

I would very much like this. I have had a number of times when I organized files I entered the wrong directory for sorting and don’t discover it until I’m going through the library. It would be very convenient to be able to move a file to a library matching the current type. If there are more than one library folders then allow you to pick which one.
