Move Plex config from one user to an other? (Windows)

Hi,
I’ll soon change my Windows users that I’m using for Plex to an new user (different user), and how can I make sure that all of the Plex Server settings are copied to the new user?

Is it just to make a backup of the database in Plex Server or what?
