I recently replaced my NAS that had my TV shows for my Plex. After transferring all data and updated Plex folder to point to the new directory I noticed that I was missing 30 folders out of 850.
So I scanned libraries again to see if lex missed items… nothing additional was found.
The question is how do I pinpoint what I lost out of 850 shows? Is there a filter other that duplicate episode that I can set to assist in finding missing data?
Not really, what you could do is use Releases · WebTools-NG/WebTools-NG · GitHub and export a list of episode file names, and then compare that with the underlying file structure. If its a permissions issue posting your server logs might help. Otherwise I’ll be its a naming issue.

First of all check for duplicates and unmatched
And if not there, then yes, you can use the 3rd. Party App WebTools-NG, but recommend you use the Find Media module
