If I remove the “favorited” status from a library it is no longer available as an option.
Other clients are working as intended with this (server owner) account, all access is remote. Other users with library access are not experiencing issues, including at least one who is also using the new app.
Already tried signing out and back in, deleting and re-downloading the app, removing the phone as an authorized device, and restarting the server.
I have this same problem, but it seems specific to my Wifi connection. Plex server is in another location, I am accessing remote. Can access server via cellular connection, but not Wifi. Roku and desktop works just fine with same internet connection. @SE56 Tried your trick but that did not work either.
Same issue here. Stopping then updating PMS on my Synology and signing in/out on my iPad worked until I stopped using Plex for a few hours. This was not happening until I updated to 2025.13.0
Needless to say, this did not happen before this garbage new player experience update.
Same problem here on both of my Android devices. I can still access my Plex server from a Windows PC (web browser), so I know the server is functioning, it’s just the Plex mobile app that is completely useless after the last update.
