Synology 1520+ / DSM 7.1-42661 Update 2
I have searched and searched and can’t find this. My plex server is up and running, my managed users can see and play content in the Plex server on my new network but I cannot as the site admin. As an admin, when I click on “Home and Library Access” and choose my users, no libraries show up.
Permissions for PlexMediaServer are set to read/write on the media folder share (or else my other users would not be able to see or launch content). Not sure how to migrate someone else as the admin/owner which may resolve my issue.
I cannot get into the server to check any of my configurations. This may be due to the fact that I cannot get this system on the internet because I am in an airbnb for the next 2 months and I cannot change my router config to allow this system to reach out.

This is the correct address for the server (192.168.86.7), and when my other regular managed users launch the Plex client they connect to the server, but I do not.
