I’m a new Plex User and run the server off a NAS. Just noticed that some of the movies don’t have any Artwork/Poster associated with them. I’ve tried to fix matching/unmatching then rematching them but nothing seems to work. During the matching process, the database does find the correct movie info but it takes a long time to download metadata and nothing happens to the artwork/poster. This wasn’t an issue for the past week since I started using Plex but it started to happen last night.
