Movie artwork not downloading - was working until about 17 days ago

Hi guys,

This problem is driving me nuts.

These seemed to work fine until 17 days ago. Now, when adding new movies artwork is not being found. Movie data IS being found and movies are being correctly identified.

I have been through a number of previous posts and have reordered the agents, etc. and checked settings. I have renamed files (although this has never been a problem before).
I have had a quick look at the logs but not really sure where I should be looking.

I am hoping that someone a little more skilled than be will instantly be able to know where to look and see what the problem is.

same problem here on qnap TS453PRO.

Further to this…
Installing previous versions of the server does not appear to fix this.
Also, completed uninstalled Plex and reinstalled earlier version; recreated libraries. TV Show library was fine, movie library did not install a single piece of artwork (1500+ movies).
Reverting back to latest version of Plex and original libraries.

Hopefully the above will give someone some more ideas about what might be causing the problem.

As FYI:

Got all 759 movies in about 30 minutes (slow DSL here)

I stay with the defaults when at all possible
