I have Plex running off a NAS system that I keep up to date. When I stream movies on my Samsung display and go into chapters, it cuts off over 3/4 of the clip so I cant see them. Is there a way to fix this?

Ever since I reinstalled plex on my server, I can see the chapters on my tv. It just shows as a blank tile. This could be showing this way because It might still be buffering my movie.
