There was another thread going for this but same here.
I even cleared the cache but even after it rebuilt, still nothing. My guess is that Plex is not properly connecting to IMDB or the other databases it typically connects to for the posters and metadata.

I just now was able to download metadata and covers without doing anything different on my server or network. Hoping the glitch which was occurring is now fixed.

Still canāt do anything with the agents. Even downgraded the plex server, but still no luck.
