Anyone else having issues with cover arts not downloading for newly added TV shows? It downloads metadata fine, but can’t display cover art. It can find the posters, but they never load when selected.
Nope I run unraid linuxserver Plex docker and have no issues with that.
Looks like its TVDB related. I matches the metadata with another agent and the art/posters downloaded without issue. I downgraded the docker and pulled my hair out trying to figure out what was going on
Also having the same issue with QNAP TVS-871. Newly added TV show will pull down info but no posters will load. It’s been doing this for a few days now.
I’m getting the info and cast pictures but no banners,posters or cover art.
So I found a solution. Stop you PLEX Media Server, go into your Plug-in Support/Cache directory and delete the “com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb” folder. Then start your PMS. This fixed it for me.

i tried this did not work for me.
its only shows i added on one specific day too, i’ve added two more since then and they populated everything just fine.
i’ve even removed the files
deleted the entry in the plex server
and re-added them
same thing it pulls everything but the cover art
i had one show do it like two days before it and just thought ok its new not in the system yet so i am at 4 shows right now.
after trying this and nothing i tried it a second time even tried re scanning the library files.
not sure what the problem is.
