Error 409 - can't download one movie I have converted to my ipad

Hello,
For whatever reason, I am not able to download one movie to my ipad, using the Plex app. The plex app is able to download any movie I’ve converted, regardless of how I converted the original media. This one movie I have converted 5 different ways, and it still will give me a error.
Note: the same movie plays fine off of our server on our TV and the ipad itself. I just can’t download the movie for offline viewing on the ipad.

For laughs, I downloaded it to my iphone to see if I could(On the plex app). I was able to download to my iphone with no error code
