You don’t need a Plex Pass to use the mobile app (although that’ll activate the app while it’s active). You can also simply activate/unlock it via a one-time in-app purchase (usually around $5). The activation will be linked to your Google Play Store account and therefore also applies to other Android devices linked to that app store account.
I don’t have an activation button! Just go out and buy a Plex Pass
