I don’t do all caps. Just how you would normally capitalize a title.
Here’s another experiment. Move your file someplace out of the Movie library and wait for Plex to scan and see that is missing. This should clean out any old related meta data. Then try copying the movie back as you would normally name it/capitalize it and see if matches ok. If you haven’t heard the term before, this is what is referred to as the Plex Dance. In a nutshell, remove it from the library, let plex tidy up after itself, then move it back and let Plex pull fresh metadata
